Trish Buzan
Trish Buzan, Principal

Trish Buzan, Associate AIA, is Technology Director for NAC Architecture and manages the day-to-day technology issues within the firm. Recently, she has focused on integrating technology and building connections among offices during mergers. She is currently planning the firm's migration to an enterprise-wide knowledge management and sharing platform. Trish has an Associate in Applied Science degree from the College of Southern Nevada.
Dawn Brisco

Dawn Brisco, Associate AIA, LEED AP, is a Senior Project Manager and has more than 11 years of experience at NAC Architecture. She is currently working on a new Performing Arts Center for Crenshaw High School and a Child Care Center on the Martin Luther King Jr. Medical Campus. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Woodbury University.

Brooke Hanley, AIA, LEED AP, is an architect working on the North Central High School Addition/Modernization in Spokane; the Newport Hospital Medical Clinic in Newport; and the Lake Stevens Elementary School in Lake Stevens. Brooke has Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Architecture Degrees from Washington State University.

Melissa Holland

Melissa Holland, AIA, LEED AP, is an architect and has been with NAC for eleven years and is currently working on the Happy Valley Elementary School Replacement in Bellingham and the New Renton Middle School. She has experience in all phases of design through construction which has made her a well-rounded professional committed to excellence in all aspects of a project. Melissa has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Washington.
Brian Love

Brian Love, AIA, LEED AP, is an architect in the Seattle office with more than ten years of experience. He is currently working on Hazel Wolf K-8 School, in Seattle, Happy Valley Elementary School Replacement in Bellingham and Bennett Elementary School in Bellevue. Additionally, Brian is currently collaborating with the Vera Project, an all-ages educational music and arts space at the Seattle Center, to help create an efficient and unique modular seating system. He has a Bachelor of Architecture from Rice University and a Certificate of Digital Design and Fabrication from the University of Washington.

Ryan Palmquist is a designer in the Spokane office who is currently working on the Looff Carrousel Facility in Spokane; Cascade High School in Leavenworth; and Ellensburg Middle School in Ellensburg. Ryan has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Washington State University.

Annette Wu, AIA, is a Project Architect and has over 22 years of experience as a designer, project manager, and architect. She just completed a new classroom building at Franklin Elementary School for Glendale Unified School District and is working on an Urban Greening project for the campus. Annette holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California as well as a Master of Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design.

Janica Ley Baker, RA, LEED AP, is a Designer and is a fundamental proponent of design excellence in the firm. Her interests lie in problem solving through form, allowing a design to deflect around and embrace the limits of site and program. She is currently working on a new charter school in Delano, California, as well as modernizations at Polytechnic High School for Los Angeles Unified School District. Janica holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture.

Bradford Brewer, CDT, is a Project Manager and has over 10 years of experience as a draftsperson, designer, job captain, and construction worker. He is currently working on a new Performing Arts Center for Crenshaw High School for Los Angeles Unified School District and a Child Care Center on the Martin Luther King Jr. Medical Campus. Bradford holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Ohio State University, Columbus, as well as a Master of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture.
Chan Cheang

Chan Cheang, LEED BD&C, is an architect in our Seattle office. He is currently working on the Mount Si High School Replacement in Snoqualmie, the Black Diamond Elementary School Replacement in Enumclaw and the Wing Luke Elementary School Replacement in Seattle. Chan's experience working overseas has greatly influenced his design approach and desire to create schools that have a strong relationship to the surrounding environment. Chan has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Arizona State University and a Master of Architecture from University of Washington.

Nathan Hauber, PE, is an electrical engineer who is working on the North Central High School Addition/Modernization in Spokane; the University District Health Clinic in Spokane; and Salk Middle School in Spokane. Nathan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Technology from Eastern Washington University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University.
David Pape

He is currently working on a new Central Plant at LA Mission College as well as modernizations at Polytechnic High School for Los Angeles Unified School District. David holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Saif Vagh

Saif Vagh, LEED AP, is a Designer and is currently working on a new Performing Arts Center for Crenshaw High School in Los Angeles Unified School District and a Child Care Center on the Martin Luther King Jr. Medical Campus. He is a frequent docent for MAK Center Architectural Tours and in 2013 he served on the jury for AIA 2x8 exhibition and awards at the A+D Museum. Vagh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from Williams College as well as a Master of Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
Esmeralda Ward

Esmeralda Ward, LEED AP, heads the sustainability department in our Los Angeles office. She handles the LEED preparation, organization, and submission of LEED Checklists and has worked on projects pursuing LEED Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Certified Certification levels. She just finished a Design Build Office Renovation for the County of San Bernardino and is currently working on a new Auditorium for Saugus High School in the William S. Hart Union High School District. Esmeralda holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia as well as a Master of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture.
