I view our practice of educational architecture as two key roads that intersect at critical moments in the design. The first road represents the application of our design ingenuity to create spaces that enhance a childs educational experience, which we consider a fundamental responsibility. The second road comprises the relationships we build with clients, teachers, students and communities as well as with our own staff. It is through these relationships that we gain an understanding of our clients and building users needs and desires for their schools. The combination of how we apply our skills and how we interact with people makes NAC Architecture unique in the educational design field.
Brent is passionate about educational architecture: he is driven by the desire to design first-rate schools that inspire students. As such, Brent has built an extensive portfolio in educational project types, including both K-12 and higher education. As an expert in educational architecture, Brent possesses vast knowledge of the challenges and opportunities of educational design. He offers knowledge of emerging teaching-learning models and the ability to translate them into dynamic educational environments that stimulate the teaching-learning process.
