Dawn Brisco, AIA, LEED AP
Principal
I'm thrilled with the team work and quality of the building. It's an example of realizing a built product that meets the expectations rooted in drawings and sketches. And I wish all of our teams worked together like this team. -Alix Walsh O'Brien, FAIA Deputy Director of Facilities, Planning and Development, Los Angeles Unified School District
Dawn has worked extensively with school districts in California on projects ranging from adaptive re-use buildings to the design of new classrooms and modernization of existing education facilities. Growing up in the San Joaquin Valley, she became aware of the scarcity of natural resources at an early age. Later, as part of her education, she focused on environmentally progressive design solutions with an emphasis on water conservation. As an advocate for sustainability, Dawn obtained LEED AP status early in her career. She has worked on LEED projects using photovoltaics, reclaimed water, and innovative heating/cooling as well as CHPS/HPI projects. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Woodbury University.
